Hedge questions
Something we haven’t covered? Henry’s happy to answer on the phone.
How tall a hedge can you trim?
Most garden and screening hedges are fine. If something is very tall or hard to reach safely, Henry will tell you straight when you call.
My hedge has got away from me. Can it be brought back?
Usually, yes. An overgrown hedge can be brought back into line — sometimes over more than one trim so it stays healthy. A photo by text will tell Henry most of what he needs to know.
How often do hedges need trimming?
It varies with the plant and how sharp you like it. Most hedges want a trim a couple of times a year through the growing season; formal hedges a bit more often.
